MIK INDUSTRIES LIMITED is not the manufacturer of the products sold through this website and is not owned, operated, controlled by, or officially affiliated with BiotechUSA or any of its affiliated companies.
References to “BiotechUSA” on this website relate solely to the BiotechUSA® brand and products that we offer for sale. When you place an order through this website, your purchase is made from MIK INDUSTRIES LIMITED, and your contract is with MIK INDUSTRIES LIMITED, not with BiotechUSA or any of its international affiliates.

1. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping rate of £3.65 for all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
Shipping charges will be displayed and applied at checkout before payment is completed.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT/BST) on business days are typically processed and dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will normally be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
All processing and dispatch times are estimates and may be affected by periods of high demand, stock availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, transport disruptions, or peak seasonal demand.
4. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates are provided by the delivery carrier and may not be available immediately after dispatch.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver only to addresses located within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because:
- an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided;
- delivery was refused;
- the package was not collected; or
- delivery could not be completed due to recipient unavailability,
we may contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional shipping charges may apply before a replacement shipment is dispatched.

While we aim to meet the delivery estimates stated above, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
